②, When the water level does not exceed the set limit value, the sound, light, and voice alarm module does not work.
③, When the water level exceeds the limit, the voice content of the sound, light, and voice alarm module is fixed at "The current water level is deep, please pay attention to traffic safety". At the same time, the sound and light alarm works, and the sound and light alarm and voice broadcast occur once for each exceedance. After three times, it is determined whether it exceeds the limit. The interval between each broadcast is fixed at 5S.
